The Tune Of The Week!
We have decided to start picking the tune of the week. Playing at so many Weddings, we listen to songs we hear all the time and then the ones you haven't thought about in years but instantly know the beat.
18/12/17 - We was at another Skechers this week and it was a Christmas song that that made the day. Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You
11/12/17 - I played at a Christmas party and was thinking tune of the week would be some kind of Christmas song! The song of the night was All Night Big Boi
04/12/17 - We had my wife's Birthday & so all my DJs were there playing some great music. The wife's new favourite tune is Stefflon Don ft. French Montana Hurtin' Me
27/11/17 - Played at a guys party that loves Sean Paul. I dropped this and made he's party. Sean Paul - Volcano
20/11/17 - Hard to put this in to words. When I dropped this Remix it was next levels of Doing. Man's Not Hot (Mista Bibs Edit)
13/11/17 - We got a call last minute as a couple had just been let down by their DJ. We obviously went and played and a tune that stood out from the rest at this wedding. Jason Derulo ft. French Montana Tip Toe
06/11/17 - When droping this Remix went better then i could ever imagine. Ed Sheeran, TLC - Shape of Scrubs
30/10/17 - Another Skechers store opening. this was in Oxford and the song that got people shaking a leg was Shawn Mendes There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back
23/10/17 - Had a weekend off which was lovely, so I picked a tune that i had downloaded and thought was great. Giggs ft. Donae'o Linguo
16/10/17 - I don't do many Weddings in Camden but its great to always DJ in your hometown. When I dropped J. Balvin Mi Gente it took the roof off!
09/10/17 - Played at Skeckers in Merry Hill this week and as much as you don't get people up dancing you do see people shaking a leg and singing along! So this weeks Demi Lovato Sorry Not Sorry
02/10/17 - It was a pleasure to play at a good friends Wedding this week. This song got everyone old & young up dancing. Jason Derulo If I'm Lucky
25/09/17 - As it was the end of the summer, I thought I would add some sun via music. It got people dancing and dropping at the beginning of the night made everyone stay on the dance floor. Bob Sinclar feat. Akon Til The Sun Rise Up
18/09/17 - Playing at a Spanish Wedding and dropping this just made for the party to go off! Wild Thoughts (Spanish Remix)
11/09/17 - This is pretty crazy as tune of the week is from my Wedding. It has to be this song and the video will show you why. Me and my DJ partner had our own first dance lol! The song is Lethal Bizzle Fester Skank
04/09/17 - Being a DJ, I hear new songs all the time and have to make a choice to play it or not as people may not like the song. This week I had to drop this in Essex! All I can say is it went off. Big Shaq Mans Not Hot
28/08/17 - DJing has taken me all over the world meeting great people and other great DJs. Our client got married in Finland then held their reception party back in the UK. I was lucky enough to play at both. 1 song stood out at both parties so had to make it tune of the week. Chris Brown - Questions
21/08/17 - We was in Birmingham this week and it was all about the 80's and the bride & groom asked if we could play this as its the first tune they kissed to, Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up
14/08/17 - Its been a crazy 2 weeks so we are updating this late. We had 7 Weddings and each one had a tune we could have chosen for tune of the week, but we have decided on one as it made such an impact on the night. The tune is Eminem, Dr. Dre - Forgot About Dre
7/08/17 - This week has been crazy busy as we did an event for Skechers in Oxford St London. Kelly Brooke came down to meet & great customers. So I am taking tune of the week from this event. This weeks Tune Of The Week is Despacito Remix by Justin bieber ft. Luis fonsi and Daddy Yankee
31/07/17 - Another great week of Weddings and that time again. Tune Of The Week! This weeks we have chosen a brand new tune out from Calvin Harris ft Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry & Big Sean. This song has a perfect summer, feel good vibe that was an instant success at a number of this weekends Big Days. 24/07/17 - This week we played at an Indian & Scottish Wedding here in London and so we decided 2 songs was required as tunes of the week. When deciding what tunes to have we thought it was only right to include both cultures!
The first tune that got everyone dancing like crazy was Mundian To Bach Ke bu Panjabi MC
The second tune that got everyone up which was also a lesson for many people as you had to learn to dance. The tune is Strip The Willow by Gordon Pattullo's Ceilidh Band
It was great seeing both families embrace each others cultures & having so much fun!
